“How do I know which undertone to choose? ” is a frequently asked question.
The following will help you to decide which undertones you have.
Most skin tones can be set up based on seasons of the year.
- “Winter” can be pale white, yellowish-olive, or dark. People that are winter complexions are generally brunettes, with deeply colored eyes. Many Asians and African Americans fall into this category. People with blue or pink undertones are often referred to as having “winter” complexions. Skin can be pale white, yellowish-olive, or dark.
- “Summer” Skin is pale and pink. People that are summer complexious are often natural blondes or brunettes with pale eyes. Summer complexions may also notice blue or pink undertones.
- ” Autumn” Many redheads and brunettes with golden brown eyes fall into this category. Autumn complexions have golden undertones.
- “Spring”: People with spring complexions have golden undertones and are usually creamy white or peach. Spring people generally have straw-colored or strawberry red hair, freckles, and rosy cheeks, and blue or green eyes.
