Full refund will be allowed if products are returned unopened within 14 days from date of purchase.  Unopened products can be returned for exchange if returned within 30 days.

If you are unsure of the color you need, we suggest you order samples of a color of the one you think will work and a shade or two darker to be sure.  Once you have opened your product, it cannot be returned.
